About Claire

Hi, I’m Claire — mum, actress, author, speaker, and passionate wellness mentor.

For years, you would have found me on stage, performing in shows like Mamma Mia! and The Sound of Music. But behind the curtain, I was a woman searching for more: more balance, more purpose, more freedom.

I started my wellness business over a decade ago when I was out of work, stressed about money, and unsure of my future. I knew I wanted to become a mum one day, but I didn’t feel ready — financially, emotionally, or even physically. That decision to try something new changed everything.

Since then, I’ve built a business that helps other women, especially mums, reclaim their energy, confidence, and independence. I now support women globally to create more freedom and fulfilment through powerful nutrition, community, and income on their own terms.

I recently brought another dream to life: I published my first children’s book, The Seven-Legged Spider. It’s a story inspired by my daughter and my honorary niece Phoebe, who was born with cerebral palsy. The book is a love letter to every child who’s ever felt different — and a reminder that kindness always matters.

Through this book, I’m proud to partner with Alfie’s A Team, donating a copy (or its value) for every purchase to help spread more joy to children with neurological conditions and complex needs.

I’m also co-founder of West End Voices, a musical theatre collective that brings world-class performers to stages across the UK. From private events to concert-style showcases, we’re passionate about sharing the power of live music, storytelling, and nostalgia.

But above all the roles I’ve played in life, my favourite one is being “Mummy” to Ruby and Brody. They are my greatest teachers, my constant inspiration, and the reason I do everything I do.
